Return & Exchange Policy

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
For large items like ergonomic chairs, returns are only approved for manufacturing defects.
Return shipping is customer responsibility unless the item is defective.
Refunds processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Exchanges for defects or wrong items will be arranged after verification.
